(More customer reviews)The product is exactly what it says it is, on the packaging--a charger for iPhones and iPods. Unfortunately, the seller has added "iPad" to the description but has not shared here the most important information: it's not a 10V charger.
I bought the charger to be a spare, to keep in my bag when I travel. Unfortunately, it won't charge the iPad unless the iPad is in "sleep mode." That isn't the way I intend to use the iPad. I want to be able to continue using the device while it charges, not have to wait six hours while it "trickle charges" the device.
I give it 3 stars (instead of 1) since it is actually a charger, and it actually charges devices. I would like to see the reference to iPad removed or at least clarified in the description.
