(More customer reviews)I hate this cord. I have not used the plug/outlet option, only the USB port. I have to plug and unplug it a million times in order for it to be recognized. And if I don't watch it closely, it disconnects. And this is on a brand new computer, so its not the port. Plus the cord itself is enormously thick, unbendable and unwieldy.
