(More customer reviews)Please note: Amazon has changed the image for this item and is incorrect. If you are seeing a white dock connector to a round white DIN plug, this is WRONG. The cable is actually a black cable with a dock connector attached to 2 cables, a standard USB cable and a set of RCA plugs for audio/video. The USB cable measures 3'3" from the dock connector, while the A/V portion continues on for a total of 6'6". An accurate picture is available on a website known for car audio.
The cable is well constructed and has positive locking clips on the dock connector with side mounted buttons that must be pressed to remove from the iDevice. I have found this to be critical for in-car use as the standard cable (and moreso with aftermarket cables) will work loose with vibration and movement. Just don't try and yank it out without pressing the buttons or you will damage the cable and possibly your device.
Box does bear both the official Apple "Made for iPod" and "Works with iPhone" logos.
