(More customer reviews)Step by step installation available online, just do some searching and you will find pictures and all. There are some tough steps in the process, but you only unscrew 3 screws, quite impressive.
Otherwise the device works, and works, and keeps working. You can control from your steering wheel controls and the sound is as good as a CD.
I am not embellishing or making big statements, this device works, and that is all that matters.
I have no idea why the reviewers are so harsh on the device. Maybe if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.
