I had a problem when installing since I have a Toyota Tacoma 2004. And while the adapter works for the radio on the 2004 Tacoma, the cable included with it, doesn't.
It works with 2005+ Tacomas.
I had to buy the cable that connects the head unit with the adapter somewhere else. Other than that, it works great. I'm very happy with it so far. And the price is great too.
