(More customer reviews)I bought one of these a year ago and installed it myself in my 2004 Grand Prix. I am not a car-installation guy. WHenever I try to install things I feel like I'm trying to defuse a bomb. On a bus. Filled with kids. And the kids are all in wheelchairs. And I'm blindfolded.
However, with a little bit of help I was able to install this, and it sounded great!
Then, about 10 months into it, it stopped working. I'm pretty certain that I broke it, and I emailed tech support and told them so, and asked if I could order a new part. Within days they sent me a brand new one, free of charge.
