(More customer reviews)It's convenient to have a single cable for the power And audio out. The cable is long enough to reach the back seats. The 30 pin connector has mechanism to lock itself when connected to the iPhone. That is really good to have - it won't come off while you are driving. There are release tabs on it you will have to press to take the connector off.
Now here are the bad parts. The connector was larger than the cutout on my phone case. Since the case is made of rubber like material, I was able to cut open the slot big enough. Looks ugly but works. The other bad part is that when the power is applied, I can sometimes hear a high pitch sound being added. It is poor noise shielding on the cable or bad voltage converter in the mini charger. Luckily I don't need to use the power often.
