The usb on the charger it's self works fine with the cord I already had, so that's a plus. So now my car has a usb jack, which is cool especially when friends need to charge their smart phones. The blue light blinks when nothing is charging which is really distrating.

You can charge anything that uses a USB cable to charge. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the cable length could have been a tad longer. A+

Griffin has released an updated product which supposably delivers the 2 amps required for iPad charging. I thought that this misrepresented item was the correct one. Amazon, get rid of them.

The only thing I don't like is the bright blue light when it is charging. It is a little distracting at night. But other then that it is perfect.

(More customer reviews)This product is great if you travel with multiple items that all need chargers. I typically have a cell phone, blue tooth, MP3 player and Kindle charger with me on every trip. This allowed me to reduce all of that to a single charger with 4 small tips. Much easier to carry. The only drawback is that you can't charge multiple items at a time, but even that isn't a big issue. I highly recommend this.
