JBL On Stage IIIP Portable Speaker Dock for iPod and iPhone (Black) Review

JBL On Stage IIIP Portable Speaker Dock for iPod and iPhone (Black)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I've had previous versions of this product and find this one much improved.
- It does work with my iPhone 3G, including the charging.
- Improved sound quality.
- Battery powered (optional)
The only downgrade with respect to past versions is the remote control:
- Less intuitive buttons. Difficult to operate in the dark
- Dependent on Infrared, instead of the old RF. This means you need direct line of sight to the unit for it to work.

15-Item Accessory Bundle for Apple iPod Touch 2G and 3G Review

15-Item Accessory Bundle for Apple iPod Touch 2G and 3G
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Everything in the picture arrives in the package. However, quality is certainly not what I hoped for. Also, had I thought about it for maybe 30 seconds more, I would have gone to eBay and bought only the items I am really going to use. I think I would have used the hard clear case if it didn't have the honking huge non-removeable belt clip (think Batman utility belt) sticking out of the back of it. Car charger - maybe. I'll throw it in the glove box in case the need arises. House charger? Nope. Never. Just go to the laptop. Headphone splitter and extra headphones may come in handy after I retire and start taking bus trips with my wife. Final analysis is I just got my touch, and I wanted to dress it up. This stuff is everything advertised, and the price if broken down is about fair, but the bottom line is you'd have to be the mother of all ipod dorks to ever need all his stuff. So, the laughs are on me. Just ask my wife. 25 bucks better spent on Guinness.
Nov 16 - after 2 weeks - neither charger works, retractable usb cord doesn't work, not worth my time to pack up and send back. This is a package of cheap junk.

Direct Audio Input From iPod Dock Connector to 2005-up Toyota Radio w/CD Changer Input Review

Direct Audio Input From iPod Dock Connector to 2005-up Toyota Radio w/CD Changer Input

I have had this for about a year and a half and this is the best buy I have ever done for my car... I love listening to my iPod and when I came across this item I was skeptical...until I saw the connector and realized that would fit my factory radio on my 05 Corolla...I love this thing, It works with all iPods up the 1st Gen iPod Touch...any higher then you are going to need an adapter for the dock connector. The sound is excellent... unfortunately you cannot control the ipod using the factory radio but that doesn't bother me...a little bonus with this thing is it come with an aux input....I put in a mini jack in that was long enough to put in my glove compartment, just in case I have a passenger that has a mp3 or a shuffle, or even another ipod. This thing is awesome...

CableJive - 2 ft. Dock Extender Cable in Black Review

CableJive - 2 ft. Dock Extender Cable in Black
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I bought this cable for use with my I phone 3 G, dock station, and Otter Box. As another review stated, it will not work with the otter box as is. I contacted CableJive and they made no mention of working on a fix for this, but suggested that some users were able to file the cable down to fit into the otterbox. I did so using a hand file and it works great. Its important to take off a little bit at a time to narrow the plastic around the plug that goes to the phone and round the corners to go into the otterbox. Just remember that its on you if you screw it up. The sound quality is just as good as if my phone was plugged directly in to the dock station, and all functions work such as charging etc.

DICE (ACC-DOC-GRN) 5v Charging Dock Cable for Non-5v Kits Review

DICE (ACC-DOC-GRN) 5v Charging Dock Cable for Non-5v Kits
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I purchased this cable because the original manufacture one that came with my dice system bended and stopped working after 4 years. You need to know what dice system you have, mine is the old system, so I knew I needed the green cable that charges the new ipod generations. It works beautifly and charges even ipad 2. One thing I noticed is that the cable is not OEM, it doesnt have a dice logo anywhere like my old one. But it did exactly what i needed.

Griffin TuneFlex Cradle and Charger for iPod nano 2G Review

Griffin TuneFlex Cradle and Charger for iPod nano 2G
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I have been using this dock cradle for the last two weeks, and so far I have any problem using this proudct, this dock and cradle is only for I pod 2nd generation only and it fits and sits perfectly on the cradle and it even charges your i pod while you driving, this is really nice and simple inexpensive solution to play your i pod in your car through factory radio or aftermarket head units, I am using this nano cradle for my 2002 Buick Rendzvous through cassette adapter because my factroy radio does not hava a auxuilary jack and I don.t have other option left, but the sound quality is great and pretty close to near cd quality sound, however I recommend this proudct to everyone who wants to play i pod in the car and this is the chepaest and easiest method. but remember you must have a cassette deck on your factory or aftermarket headunits, this docking cradle did not come with the cassette adapter, you have to buy seperately.

CableJive dockBoss: Smart Audio Input Adapter for iPod and iPhone Docks Review

CableJive dockBoss: Smart Audio Input Adapter for iPod and iPhone Docks
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I am shocked to be the first person to have reviewed this little lifesaver! I have a 1st generation Bose SoundDock that does not have any kind of auxiliary input so the only way to use the magnificent speakers was with an iOS device, which honestly is pretty inconvenient, considering the older SoundDocks don't charge your device while playing music. After looking at some methods online to basically soldier an aux in jack in by hand (which people claimed didn't give great audio quality), I started looking for another answer.Enter the dockBoss- an intelligent device that allows me to play my computer audio (or audio from any device with a headphone jack).
I was skeptical about buying this mostly because of the lack of reviews so hopefully this review will help anyone who is on the fence to take the leap! I got this, plugged it into the dock... the light blinked and then went solid. I plugged the headphone plug into the jack on my laptop and pure audio bliss.. no problems! The audio is instantaneous so it works great for streaming videos online as well as my iTunes music. If you have a SoundDock or other great set of speakers without an aux in jack, this purchase is a great alternative. The Bose computer speakers I wanted cost around $100 so I still saved quite a bit of cash.
The company who made this, is CableJive; they seem a bit like an underdog, which is kind of a shame as they seem to REALLY care about good quality audio and practical devices. The look and feel of this little device is great and appears to be constructed of high quality materials. I can't stress how good the sound quality is, too.. far surpassed my expectations.
I'll buy CableJive products when possible from now on!

RadTech ProCable Dock Extender 19-Inch Cable for All iPods and iPhones (White) Review

RadTech ProCable Dock Extender 19-Inch Cable for All iPods and iPhones (White)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
As stated in an earlier review, this extension cable works perfectly with the iPhone (3GS) and Otterbox Defender case. Just a few notes on compatibility:
- It only takes a couple of minutes to file down the width of the cord to match the Otterbox Defender case. The plug actually has two little buttons on the side that you press in to retract the side prongs and remove it from the iPhone. You do not need to file the entire side of the plug--just the portion past the buttons (a very small segment of the plug). I filed up to about halfway up the side button on one side, but mostly avoided the button on the other side. Using a typical nail file on the soft plastic takes only two minutes to shave off the necessary width.
- The extension cable works perfectly for charging and audio. I use this with my FM transmitter adapter and lighter port mini USN charger, so that I can transmit my iPhone 3GS sound to my car speaker system. All three devices work together well, so that I have crystal clear audio (internet radio over 3G, podcasts, or iPod collection) and constant power as long as my car is in operation, all without taking my iPhone out of the Otterbox Defender case!
- Also tried using this extension cable with the iPhone 3GS charger and it worked perfectly, so this cable seems to work in every way desired.
Thanks for this reasonably priced and very functional product!

JBL On Stage Micro II Speaker System for iPod / iPhone (Black) Review

JBL On Stage Micro II Speaker System for iPod / iPhone (Black)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I researched the choice of iPod docks/speakers for a couple of months before deciding on JBL for affordable quality together with innovative design. It then took me another month or so to narrow down which model fit my requirements. The specs on this particular On Stage were almost exactly what I wanted. I sacrificed the extra speakers in order to have the dual battery/adapter power options but the flexibility was worth it. The sound is great for what I need and I love that it takes up so little room wherever I take it. The RC was just an added bonus.

Share your music library with friends anywhere your travels take you, indoors or out. On Stage Micro II measures just 6 inches (150mm) in diameter, and weighs in at only 0.67 pound (0.3kg). But with two JBL Odyssey full-range transducers, it has the muscle to outperform many much larger systems. Four AAA batteries deliver hours of continuous use, and with a USB cable, you can even sync and charge your iPod or iPhone with iTunes.

Portable Loudspeaker Dock for iPod and iPhone
Why JBL? Been to a movie or a concert recently? There's a good chance that you were enjoying the show on JBL loudspeakers. If you've watched TV or listened to CDs, what you listened to was more than likely recorded on JBL equipment. For more than 60 years, JBL has been the loudspeaker brand of choice for recording professionals around the world. Now you can enjoy that same renowned JBL sound quality from your iPod or iPhone.

OnePoint Design The OnePoint iPod connectors provide the connection to your computer. Connect the USB cable to the rear of the unit; then, every time you dock your iPod, you will have a connection for synchronizing and charging.

Evercharge Topology When your iPod or iPhone is docked, it will receive a charge, even when not connected to the computer or if the system is off. The On Stage II provides the power to make sure your device is ready to go when you are.

Easy-to-Use Music and Navigation Controls Just a touch of the music controls on the On Stage II increases or decreases the volume. Using the navigation controls on the remote control, you can browse iPod songs, photos, and playlists; change tracks and settings; and much more. With the remote, you have complete control of your iPod, as if it were in your hand.

RF Remote Technology The JBL On Stage Micro II IR remote has several modes of operation. The Music mode allows you to control the volume, change tracks, fast forward, and fast reverse. The iPod Navigation mode allows you to navigate the iPod or iPhone menus just as if you were touching the device itself. You can navigate your music, watch your slideshows, and find and play your videos.

Small Package, Serious Sound With its four Odyssey transducers, the On Stage II delivers 12 watts of total power. Proprietary technologies help provide the highest audio quality, for great bass and clear, accurate sound from any direction.

Odyssey transducers--The Odyssey drivers provide accurate high frequencies while capable of low-frequency extension of four octaves, unlike traditional powered tweeters. This design provides a full, rich frequency response from low bass to the highest highs.
Slipstream port design--The JBL On Stage Micro port minimizes boundary layer separation, providing high-output bass with low distortion.
COE (Computer-Optimized Equalization)--The JBL On Stage Micro system equalization is computer-optimized to provide a rich, complete soundstage over a range of listening positions.
OCT (Optimized Compression Topology)--The system utilizes a proprietary compression technology to ensure clean, accurate sound at high output levels.

Battery or AC Power The On Stage Micro II will run on AC power with the included power supply, or on four AAA batteries. Add the unit's ultra-compact profile, and you've got a superb portable device. Enjoy your favorite music at the beach, at a picnic, or anywhere else you'd like.

Auxiliary Input With a standard 3.5mm mini jack, you can connect iPod shuffles, MP3 players, or pretty much any audio device for enjoyment through the Micro II's speakers.
